IBMS & ELV Systems – Ascendas-Capital Land, Kharadi, Pune
Tech Control Systems Pvt. Ltd. executed and integrated IBMS and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems for Ascendas-Capital Land, Block 1, supporting the technology infrastructure of this large-scale IT park in Kharadi, Pune. The project involved multiple integrated systems, including Fire Alarm, Talk-back, Public Address (PA), CCTV Surveillance, Access Control, Building Management System (BMS), and Gas Suppression System (GSS). The integrated infrastructure supports centralized building management, life safety, security and communication across the facility. The BMS enables effective monitoring and control of building services, while the integrated fire, security and communication systems contribute to safer and more efficient facility operations. Spanning 12,50,000 sq. ft., the project demonstrates TCSPL's capability to execute large-scale, multi-system IBMS and ELV infrastructure for complex commercial and IT environments.
